SR. HIGH FALL RETREAT

PRICE: $170 – includes paintball, biking, lodging, meals & transportation.

The purpose of the Senior High Fall Retreat is for students to get away to bond with God, friends, and youth leaders!  What better way to start off the Youth Group year than connecting with each other in fellowship. 

The SR. HIGH went mountain biking down the Lehigh River Trail into Jim Thorpe last year and had an incredible time.  This year we will be doing biking AND paintball!

Kick off the year with friends and come spend some much needed time with God!  Cost of $125 per person includes all activities, meals & transportation.   If it is poor weather for biking and we need to cancel that activity, families will be reimbursed $24 of the total trip cost.

One thing that will be different than last year is the lodging.  We will be trying out a location called The Great Wolf Lodge.  It’s only 35 minutes away from Jim Thorpe and it has a lot of indoor activities for our group to enjoy whatever the weather ends up being.  Great Wolf has 10 waterslides, 4 pools, 2 giant hot tubs and a huge wavepool…ALL INDOORS!  That’s right, 19,000 square feet of indoor entertainment!

Disappointed we are not camping? A camping trip is being planned for next April and with that will be a day of whitewater rafting down the Lehigh River!  The weather is too unpredictable in October and we want 1st-time campers to be as comfortable as possible!

Why is this trip only Saturday & Sunday?  We’ve found that more people are able to go when they don’t have to miss games or practice on Friday.  We will leave bright & early Saturday morning and return Sunday around 6 PM.
